General terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements for the purchase/sale of goods, agreements for services and other legal relationships, including negotiations concerning such agreements with Gema Trading BV, established in Dinteloord, hereinafter referred to as GEMA, unless otherwise specified in the offer or agreement. These terms and conditions may be cited as GEMA AVL.
